SHIPPING METHODS



Orders in the European Union are shipped via our affiliate courier DHL Parcel.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, and so orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday at 3:00pm GMT (with the exception of Spanish public holidays).

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched on the same working day (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 3:00pm will usually be dispatched the next working day (excluding weekends).


Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: that we ship to Canarian Islands on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means, as the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to local customs of your area to release your order from customs.

* In case of return, if the merchandise does not have any defect and the whole order is returned, 5 euros of shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that ASH Spain cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

 

TRACK YOUR STATUS

When placing your order, please provide a mobile number and email address. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

 

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Import Duty: No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of Spanish VAT.

We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means that the price you pay to ASH Spain will exclude all relevant import duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to local customs of your area to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

Ash Spain cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Failure to pay for duties, in the event that the products are returned back to our office due to this reason, will result in a refund with a deduction of the cost of shipping the goods back to us including any charges we are levied with. In this event we shall also deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

Late Deliveries: We aim to deliver items within 5 working days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. If you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email us at xxxxxxxx including your order number in the email.

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

ASH Spain will not accept cancelations once the order is dispatched, but you will be able to return it.

For Spain Next Day Delivery orders, we request that any cancellations are made no more than 15 minutes after the order is placed.

For European & International orders, we request that cancellations are made no more than 30 minutes after the order is placed. 

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at customerservice@ashspain.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at xxxxxxx for further instructions.
